As a relatively young university, Oakland University has endured many changes and much growth. It went from 570 students in 1959 to over 16,000 today. But what never changed was the student: always resilient, always determined.

They do what it takes to get the job done, earn their degrees and secure their futures — and make the world a better place while doing it.
